Avoid if you can. Such a joke. Something so simple like sending in the paperwork to insurance can not be done. Not to mention the Dr was not even in office yet for the appointment. Why offer an 830 option if you are not going to be here? Months of frustration and getting no where for a serious back nerve damage issue. Waste of time. Go elsewhere.
