I was referred to this doctor after completing a sleep study. When I called to schedule an appointment, the person who answered the phone seemed very busy and impatient. She rushed through the conversation and said she would call me back, but I never received a return call. As a new, potential patient, that wasn’t the best first impression. Truly awful person. He moved out of New York without alerting patients who rely on him to renew their prescriptions, which are very hard to attain from a new doctor (there are many hoops to jump through with insurance companies and the speciality pharmacy.) Before he left it was near impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and then truly impossible to get his office to send a fax.
Dr. Teller is highly recommended. He's a mentch , give you time , listens patiently to what your questions or concerns are. It's certainly worth a trip to Manhattan to meet Dr. Teller in person. May he be blessed to be the right messinger at all times.

These people are incompetent. I had an appointment on the books for weeks. First I get a call saying my appointment was cancelled so I call to confirm. They tell me “I am mistaken” and that my appointment is not cancelled. Yay! Then two days before I am to finally be seen, I get another call that my appointment is cancelled. So I call to confirm.
