Dr. Strauss is awesome and has a great sense of humor. He was very detailed in explaining what was happening to my hand and how to fix it. Paige took care of getting me x-rayed, settled into the exam room and removing my stitches. She is wonderful and helped me feel comfortable. Karen was the nurse that worked with me and she is all that a nurse should be; kind, compassionate and helpful. Thank you all for getting me through that procedure!!
I am so happy that Dr. Strauss has joined Reconstructive because they truly have a phenomenal doctor and I'm sure they know that by now. I saw Dr. Strauss for my first surgery when I was in my early 20s and 35 years later here I am again trusting him with two more surgeries - one which is a little involved that I am very nervous about but I have 100% trust in my surgeon Dr. Strauss. Even though I’m sure Dr Strauss has given the explanation for trigger finger a million times, it will came across as empathetic and informative and I trusted him with my treatment!
