I am deeply thankful for the care and kindness I have received from the doctors at ENT and their support group From the beginning, I feel truly listened to and supported. Doctor Smouha is not only excellent clinically, but genuinely compassionate and reassuring. His assistants are attentive, and caring, which makes every visit feel comfortable and human. Customer service representatives are very kind and helpful. In a difficult time, their kindness has meant more to me than words can express. I highly recommend them.

The worse, the worse, the worse. He was bored, disinterested and did not listen to my concern about my sinus pain and ear ringing, he basically said he doesn’t know what’s wrong with me it will just probably go away. Go take whatever they gave you at citi md.
