Dr. Eric is wonderful, patient, and easy to talk to. You don't feel rushed, and he answers your questions clearly and in a way that the average person can understand. His nurses and other staff are always polite, helpful and friendly. I would recommend him and this clinic to anyone who wants a good family practice clinic.
I was treated very unfair and unprofessionaly by Dr. Smiltneek's staff today. I was asked for the reason I needed to be seen, so I told his staff that it was for pains that I have been having. I was first sent to a nother secretary, then told I wouldn't be seen for at least a few months and was then asked if I was a nother person trying to get some narcodic pain medication that I had never even herd of and told she could probably get me in three months out but, she only has a six o'clock "am".
Dr. Smiltneek is the best Dr. I've ever experienced in my life. It's Vital that were 100% honest with our Doc & Dr. Smiltneek is easy to feel Comfortable enough to do so with. Than you Dr. Smiltneek,You may of very well saved my life ! As well as the lives of many other's I've recommended they see ONLY You doc.
