The Central Coast has the worst Medical Staff in California. And Dr. Sincoff's office is no better. They have a incompetent receptionist who doesn't know the first thing about computers or scheduling, I don't think she knows how to use a Fax computer application or a machine. She has screwed up appointments, and tells lies to the patients to save her skin. This makes UCLA like a crappy organization.
