Patient of Dr. Shepherd for tibial plateau surgery this man is amazing answer all questions to best of his ability. Always great attitude truly an amazing orthopedic surgeon, all around great man and roll model.

After my fall during a charity event for the Boys and Girls club of Santa Barbara and going to Cottage Hospital Dr Shepherd advised me to have surgery on my hip and put in 3 pins. I was reluctant but needed to have surgery within 24 hours to have it heal properly. I am glad that he was able to perform this procedure right away. He even followed up with a call to then have another xray and set up an appointment with him. I would recommend anyone to have him perform surgery!
Doctor’s attention to my concerns was very compassionate.
