Dr Shen was a very good listener and well experienced doctor.
Dr. Shen did a good job listening to the issues my husband was having, giving him medication to trial and ordering a follow up procedure. However, 3 months later and we haven't been able to actually schedule the procedure despite several messages left with the scheduler. My husband even went back to the office for assistance and still nothing. UPDATE: An office manager finally called and apologized that no one reached out sooner. A scheduler called the same day and we were able to book the procedure within a couple of weeks.... read more
