I really appreciate Dr Shaw's care. He is patient and informative. He listens carefully to my thoughts and takes time to answer my questions. If there are results to tests that are concerning, Dr Shaw and his staff reach out to me quickly and either arrange for an in-office visit...or if Dr Shaw's schedule is particularly busy, a phone call. I feel fortunate to have Dr Shaw as my urologist.
