I recently had an urgent dental situation and cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shapiro and the entire team at WME Clinic in West Springfield. After developing a severe toothache, late yesterday afternoon I saw my general dentist who advised me to seek a specialist immediately. Thankfully, a nurse recommended Dr. Shapiro. I was in excruciating pain and Dr. Shapiro squeezed me into the schedule and helped me the same day. I was so grateful because tooth pain is no joke. He and his staff were so pleasant and he moved quickly with meticulous skill. Impressive! Thank you, Dr. Shapiro!
Although WME is not in network for Metlife, Dr Shapiro and the rest of the team are top notch in their care; thus, I do not go anywhere else for specialized endo work (hoping they get in network soon). The entire office ensures transparency, comfort and fluidity through the entire process, and have always gone above and beyond to squeeze me in when I'm experiencing discomfort.

I was referred to Dr. Shapiro for excruciating pain from a crown that had been started by another dentist who left me in pain for over a week. I called and the receptionist was very kind, took my information, X-rays and called me right back within 30minutes to get me into an emergent visit. The staff had all my deductible information ready.
