Performed a pelvic & rectal exam without telling me he was going to do so. Literally, there was no discussion beforehand or after & I was never given the opportunity to consent. I was also not told why he was doing it. He actually looked uncomfortable the whole time. Misdiagnosed me due to careless practices. Put multiple wrong things in my chart. Amazing doctor and team. In just my first visit I felt I was in a different world. Lots of communication from the doctor and staff explaining their procedures and testing. I came all the way from Columbia after getting the recommendation from a local nurse. I would highly recommend.
