I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Eric. He was extremely rude and dismissive of our family and cultural values. I came with my siblings and our mother — who is their legal guardian — and we were there to support the kids during a background questionnaire. Instead of allowing my mom to help answer the questions, Dr. Eric insisted the underage kids respond alone and refused our assistance in a very disrespectful manner.
