Dr. Scofield is sensitive and caring when explaining test results, treatment options. He listens patiently and respectfully.
Always great care from my doctor and staff. Addresses my concerns quickly.
My visit with Dr. Scofield was fine and complete. However the billing practices for Novant leave a lot to be desired. Had blood work done at Dr. Scofield's offices and nobody told me that the billing at this Novant lab was different then the Novant lab I went to previously now they want me to pay a $500 copay for lab work that my insurance covers 100% at Quest.
