I had terrible facial pain/occipital neuralgia and migraine headeaches daily due to TMJ and Bruxism for years. I had been to many Doctors and Dentists that could not help me. I went to Kootenai Neurology and was treated by Eric Schubert. He is the kindest most compassionate human being I have ever met in the medical field. I am now 80% pain free and have my life back. It is such a good feeling to have someone who truly cares about you and your health.
He is very ant-anxiety medication bringing up how awful and addicting it is two seperate times now when all I was there for was Botox. He's a neurologist not a Psych provider and knows nothing about me or what I have endured. Every patient should be treated as an individual with different specific needs and interventions to alleviate unnecessary suffering the best we can with ongoing Assessment and evaluation in place. Stop assuming all outcomes will be negative with each and every patient.
Always taking care of so well when I am at Dr Eric’s.
