I could tell you the whole story but sparing you the details of my experience with Dr Ward and his team provided me the WORST experience I have ever had with a medical practitioner. The arrogance that he exhibited during my consult and the lack of sympathy and care that he showed on the procedure day simply tells me that he does not care about his patients. Never would I tell a friend to go to Dr Ward or work with his team.
I've seen Dr. Ward for a few years now. He is very kind and understand. Explains things easily and understandably and is quick to help out when I've ever had a kidney stone emergencies.
