If only there were an option to give zero stars. I set not one but three appointments with this company. For the first appointment, he had forgotten to write down that he even had an appointment with us. (First red flag). Things happen so when I called again, he apologized and made a new appointment with us. He didn’t show up or call to say he wasn’t coming (second, even bigger red flag). When I reached him for a third time (out of a lack of options) he apologized again and promised to show up. Who does this?!? What kind of ... read more

My pool started out green, went to the pool store, spent $180 in chemicals. My pool just would not clear up. The pool went from green, to a cloudy white. Not wanting to spend more money on chemicals, I decided to try Eric’s pool & Spa Care. He came out on a Sunday, checked my water water chemistry, finding the PH very high.
