Mr. Burton, a previous reviewer, has made a great effort over several years to leave negative reviews of Mr. Lind on every imaginable results page. I can only think that Mr. Burton must have been on the losing side of one of Mr. Lind's cases or has some other personal issue with him. My experience has been far different. Mr. LInd has handled multiple legal matters, both criminal and civil, for my family members and has always been professional, attentive and communicative. I recommend him highly.
He claims that he did 2 terms as Kane County Attorney, but the truth is that he resigned 11 months into his second term. Since he was exposed manufacturing evidence and suborning perjury at that time, it seems reasonable to conclude that he was actually forced out of office for unethical behavior. Since then Eric has been fired from at least 2 other law firms, notably Esplin Wright.
