I received glasses that I could not see whatsoever out of, rather than seeing if my prescription was incorrect they took it upon themselves to randomly change it to what they thought would work without rechecking. When I got the “corrected” pair, I again could not see. I went back and asked for my old prescription in the new frames since they would not recheck my eyes and He again changed it to what he thought would work without checking and I yet again cannot see out of glasses I paid about $250 out of pocket for.
We had a great experience here! The doc and staff are professional and know their stuff. They are all helpful and friendly as well. The prices are very good, at least with our insurance. 🙂
