I absolutely would tell anyone thinking of using Eric's practice to run away and fast. He handled our insurance on 5 cars, home, boat, etc for years. We would call and provide information on student discounts, security documentation, change of drivers on a car - and NEVER did they get it right! They would have NO documentation of our conversation, no evidence where we emailed them good grades or security invoices.
