I have to harass them every single month to send my prescription on time and I am so sick of it hence the one star review.
Dr. Root has been my physician for many years, and he consistently manages my care with attentiveness and professionalism. He is also highly proactive in coordinating referrals to specialists when I need them. I appreciate the office staff as well—they are always friendly, efficient, and do their best to accommodate scheduling needs promptly. My experiences have always been positive!
