Eric has helped our son and he is the absolute best. If you have a serious matter in family court having an attorney that can navigate the shark infested waters of family court is a huge advantage

I don't normally post reviews but I referred Eric Foley to a friend of mine and she looked him up and told me about the negative reviews so I was very curious. Let me start with - I am a real person. First off, most of those positive reviews are fake. They were written on the same day. They’re just PR damage control and one was written by the legal secretary’s husband. Google it. This is a very serious decision and investment, and you need someone with more integrity than these two. He lost a major case, neglected to provide me with major, outcome-changing details and shirked his professional obligations to the point of negligence. He lost an appeal and made major, seemingly intentional strategic oversights.
I had a terrible experience with him. He’s unprofessional and negligent. He lost every motion and didn’t care or try.
