I saw Dr.Lee today for the first time. He is WONDERFUL! He listened to me and put my mind at ease. He’s very thorough and most importantly, took me seriously. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Lee and his team have always surpassed our expectations. Dr. Lee is an outstanding professional, who’s always taken the time to explain thoroughly, answer questions and never rushed a moment. He’s been wonderful with our toddler during both his ear tubes and adenoids surgeries. Extremely pleased with and grateful for Dr Lee & staff.
I could not be more pleased. As a physician myself, I have high expectations. I'm no surgeon, but I still expect great care, suitable/optimal outcome, minimal scar. I had been choking on pills and food for months with my huge nodular thyroid. Another head and neck surgeon told me he could fit me in sometime in JANUARY. Like "just try not to choke to death" before then. Dr Lee got me in for a quick consult and I had my thyroidectomy about a week later. Drain out in under 2 days. Twice in my life I have gotten a very bad ear infection that was fully debilitating. I couldn't eat, speak, YAWN, without severe disconfort in the entrie side of my head, and my ear canal was completely swollen shut both times. It was incredibly painful, and incredibly necessary to receive expert care. Both times I have turned to Dr. Lee and the ENT group on an emergency appointment request, and both times they found a way to squeeze me in. Dr. Lee is a fantastic physician. We had a wonderful experience with him when bringing in my 1.5-year-old daughter for an eval re: ear tubes. He explained everything very clearly, was personable, and had a delightful bedside manner. It was recommended she get the tube procedure, which she had done today, and Dr. Lee and his staff were absolutely phenomenal. Everyone was so kind, thorough, and supportive of me who was quite emotional seeing my baby in an OR. I highly recommend him.
