Best OBGYN I've ever had.
Excellent DR. He has done 2 of my surgeries already. I would recommend him.to anyone that needed a gynecologist.

Dr. Panner is a very compassionate, caring doctor! He is very busy because so many people go to him but when he is seeing you, it is like he has all the time in the world to talk to you! You never feel rushed & that he truly cares about your well-being. Best Doctor Ever!
Love Dr. Panner, he has delivered all 3 of my boys by C-section. I love his bedside manner and he make you feel like he has everything under control.
Do not go to Doctor Panner. They have ripped our family off. I have paid them thousands of dollars, and after 10 months, after they said we didn't owe anything, I am not getting more bills in the mail. For what, they are making up stuff 10 months down the road. I would recommend going somewhere else where they will not steal your money.
I have had various health issues and he is very caring and helpful.
