Other than that front desk staff everything else was good. That front desk had attitudes and didn’t speak friendly when asked questions. Dr Keefer was great he helped with my pain and I left feeling better than I came in.
Dr. Kiefer is the best orthopedist I’ve ever had very knowledgeable. always listen to what you have to say understanding to my concerns and he’s very humble. He’s a fantastic surgeon.

Dr Keefer. Is one of that kindest doctors I have ever seen & a great surgeon I have been seeing him since 2009 for many knee and shoulder surgeries. He is always understanding to my needs. & explains everything. His office staff is also kind and caring.
Dr Keefer has a way of putting people ( especially me) at ease from the moment he walks into the exam room. He makes eye contact, listens , and explains everything so thoroughly. I'm glad I found him. He's the best!
