Éric est un super courtier ! J’étais de retour à Montréal et je devais trouver un appartement assez rapidement. Il a été extrêmement réactif et m’a trouvé un appartement dans le quartier ainsi que dans le type d’immeuble que souhaitai et surtout dans le temps imparti. C’est un super courtier, toujours à l’écoute et très sympathique. Je le recommande à 100%!
I spent way too long looking for a place this year thanks to the lack of professionalism I encountered throughout my months-long search. Listings without pertinent details, agents not returning calls or responding to inquiries, etc. seemed to be the norm, and I’m not even the type to ask for much.
