Eric is an absolute superstar when it comes to selling your home. Eric helped us with our first home purchase in Port Saint Lucie and got us an amazing deal. We bought a 3/2/2 with a pool and hot tub in December 2017 for $210,000 (which was even a good deal back then) and it's worth about $300,000 now. We're very glad we made the purchase and we were a bit hesitant at first, but he talked us into it! Thank you, Eric!
I would highly recommend Eric to anyone searching for a new home. As a lifelong resident of Florida he knows the area and is extremely knowledgeable. We arrived in Florida at the height of the pandemic in search of a new home. Eric was able to navigate through the guidelines and showed us a multitude of homes. He knows value when he sees it. We had some very specific criteria and the home he ultimately found for us checked every box. Eric is a top-notch professional. We couldn’t be happier in our new home.
This was our 3rd house with Eric and as usual it went incredibly smooth. We had tried to sell the house by owner and had very little interest. Eric had the house under contract in 5 days for much more than we had listed it when we tried to sell “by owner”. This was by far the easiest sale we’ve ever had and I have to credit Eric with having the expertise to navigate through the trials of real estate sales with a cool head.
