I had a smear test appointment today at Warrington Medical Centre (Tanners Lane) and was looked after by Nurse Hannah. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She explained the whole procedure clearly and made me feel completely at ease. In the past, I’ve found this test to be quite uncomfortable and even painful, but thanks to Nurse Hannah’s empathetic and gentle approach, it was completely pain-free and stress-free for the first time. It's a doctors surgery
Really bad phone call service. I was calling to asked about the measles vaccination. The lady (foreigner) who’s I spoke to…feels like she was rushing to go home. Not friendly to help… I think the practice owner should take a serious attention on the practice service!
I attended today at short notice to have a tetanus jab due to being bitten by a dog, Rachel was excellent, very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. She even sent me away with extra steri strips… exceptional nurse, a credit to the practice.
