Absolutely useless, if you have a lifelong medical condition and rely on medication to survive, do NOT choose this practice! They do not seem to care if you die or not, and will blame any delay on referrals, which they send to the wrong departments, which eventually get sent back, delaying any treatment until your death...
I had a consultation with Dr Mariscal.she listened to what I said and discussed my problem. I would certainly recommend the practice. Everything from booking to seeing my doctor was 1st class. Thank you everyone.
Every time I have contacted them I've been able to get an appointment including if I wanted one in an evening. The doctors have also always been friendly, professional and listened
Good service and caring staff .
SONIA is rude and aggressive. Not very professional just storming off into the back room because she couldnt handle the truth, another doctor witnessed and had to step in to stop her the way she was talking to me. Complaint will be made to practice manager and CQC. This is not an acceptable way to treat patients especially in front of my 8 year old who went outside upset because of SONIA.
