He charged me $900 for a $250 job at best. I was desperate and needed my car fixed and he guaranteed that it will be fixed. It was not fixed. Not even a little.Ā
We drove out from Tucson to San Diego and our car broke down when we got here late at night and Eric was incredibly responsive and came out the same evening and back again the next day to work on our car. He was able to diagnose what was a very bizarre problem as hev system failure and when he was unable to fix the problem, there was no charge for the follow-up visit.
