Far too often consumers fail to understand the value of a Professional, Full-Time, Experienced Realtor. Eric exceeds in all these areas. His understanding of contract law, his skills at negotiating (understanding when you are in a position of strength or weakness) and his outstanding follow-up place him at the top of Realtors to work with.
