Terrific doctor! Horrific front desk help! I called with an emergency and the person kept saying you'll just have to wait for the nurse to call you back after having waited for an hour for a call back. Awful experience but he is an excellent doctor.
When my general practitioner made a change to his practice, I needed to find a new physician. I am incredibly grateful that I found Dr. Eric Ascher! For a long time, Dr. Ascher was my favorite doctor. Honestly had the worst experience with him at his office for an in person visit. I don't know what happened but he's changed. He does not care about his patients. He no longer extends compassion, empathy, authenticity, or genuineness to his patients. Everything is transactional. All he cares about is making as much money as possible and is forcing patients to visit him as many times as he can bill for every little thing.
