Not real happy with this office. I’ve had multiple episodes of kidney stones over the years including a year and a half ago when I was 1st referred to Dr. McKeever, after going to the Emergency Room. Everything went well with that experience as I apparently passed the stone as confirmed by ultrasound. This morning I woke up to severe back pain, my past experience tells me it’s another stone. Review not about doctor but about Michelle who works in front desk . She is very rude and unprofessional . I have kidney pain and had infections and been seen by smh er twice with severe infection and my family doc gave them a referral and she wroth nephrologist instead of urologist Michelle refused to make an apt for me .
