This is a doctor that does not care about his elderly patients. He is the least helpful physician I have ever dealt with in my life. He will not help with simple matters. His goal is to send his patients to specialists and find them help somewhere else in the Utica Park system so he does not have to deal with patient problems. Meanwhile, the patient has to wait 6+ months to see a specialist. The amount of times Dr. Mathis has said he doesn't know about something or can't manage something is astounding.
New patient. Everything went well. Check in was fast at front desk. Was brought back by nurse within 10 minutes of checking in and I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Waited for a few minutes to see Dr Mathis. Dr Mathis listened and answered all my questions. My appointment moved very smoothly. Very impressed with office staff, nurses, and Dr Mathis. Thank you.
