With a toddler running around at home we struggles with other agents and companies helping us find the right home that met our needs and budget. Eric went above and beyond to find us the home we are in today. He also priced out our home that we sold and sold it quickly for well over asking price. He was always available for calls, texts, and visits to help answer questions, understand concerns, and to get things done asap!
Before working with Eric, we spent over a year searching for a home with other realtors who rarely, if ever, followed up with us. Once we made the switch to Eric, everything changed. Within just a couple of months, we found our home and it truly felt like the perfect fit for us. Eric was proactive, attentive, and fully engaged throughout the entire process.
