After years of ear problems I finally discovered Dr.Sugihara. Although my issues haven't been fully resolved him and his office continue to explore all options. He has been patient, attentive, open-minded and for the first time in a decade I feel I'm on the right hands. Besides being and excellent physician he is one of the friendliness practitioner I've encountered. I could recommend him and his staff more highly.
I was traveling to LAX and ended up with severe ear pain after landing. Turned out to be an ear infection. One week prior to my return flight my ear was still plugged up and I was afraid to fly in that condition. I called the Greater Orange County ENT office and was thrilled that they could see me the next day. The office manager and staff were very professional and pleasant. Great doctor. He listened and answered so many questions we had for my father in law. He really cares about a patient.
Doctor Sugihara is a excellent doctor. I do not make it a practice to take time for reviews but he was well deserving of one. Great bedside manners, listens to what you are saying and seems to truly care about his patients. He would get a 10 star rating from me if I could!
