It is very unfortunate that after a good visit, I had to put out this bad review. Dr. is great, but since Dec 23, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone on the phone. I have been driving 17 mins to the grapevine office to speak with reception because no one answered the phone nor called back after leaving voicemail. In a week, I went 3 times to the office just because they would not answer. I went yesterday, jan 13th. While I was there, the phone was ringing non-stop, and none of them would answer.
