Spent less than 2 minutes--closer to one minute in the exam room. No apology for being more than a full hour behind--not even acknowledgement of it, much less an apology. Barely examined the problem. Felt like a checkmark on a to-do list, not a patient. Update: After seeking further medical advice, as he did not provide help, it turns out he completely misdiagnosed my problem and gave me advice to treat that was completely contrary to what was helpful, further exacerbating the situation.
