Eric is reliable and does a great job. I needed to have a toilet repaired and he was honest that it could be repaired, but it might be cheaper and a better long-term solution to replace the toilet. He wasn't making a hard sell, just giving me options and I appreciated it. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our shower's water temperature.
