After five years as clients, I am extremely disappointed with Eric Luebbe Insurance Agency. Our cancellation notice was not sent in time to prevent an automatic ACH payment. The carrier confirmed receiving it weeks after I signed, yet the agency blamed the carrier and argued about when it was sent. I repeatedly requested answers and was told our agent was too busy to call me back.
