My first appoitment was so much better than ever. I am 71, the computers were down but staff was pleasant. Dr Lisic's nurse Daniel called me back early so he could write up everything for Dr Lisic. With computers still down, Dr Lisic came in very pleasant doctor. He asked many questions. He was fantastic. Computers came up during my first exam mostly health history but he ordered full blood work up. The young woman that drew my blood was wonderful. People out there. I waited 6 months to see Dr. Lisic. He spent 20 minutes of my visit telling me about himself when I feel he should have been asking me important health questions. A month later my second follow up visit was cancelled 1 hour prior to the visit after I already left my home. I didnt find out until I was at the office. They ask for 24 hours notice if I need to cancel a visit or I will be charged. Dr. Lisic and his staff treated me as if I were insignificant. I was told I would have to wait another month to see him. Very nice and caring...
I waited for 5 months to get in to see Dr. My appointment was today and when I got there I was told that they couldn't see me cause they no longer were taking my insurance. I would think that after waiting for 5 months to get in they could have called me and told me. It would have been the curtious thing to do
