This agent Eric Lin is a Racist!!! Do not use him. He is unfair. I stopped by 185 Fundy Bay today as the sign said “Open House” with no time frame limits, and as I approached the door, many Asian folks were in the house as 8 pairs of shoes were by the front door, and another two Chinese couple hanging around outside with me were called in after Eric Lin told me, a non Chinese, that Open House was over, even though the signs per my pictures attached, did not indicate open house was over.
