Great explanations, easy to talk to, quick responses AND more coverage for the same payment as our previous insurance carrier!
I would give less stars. I have been working with them for almost 3 months now I’m a claim for my roof. In the three months, I’ve only received one phone call after being explained. This is my first claim and need help with the situation. After being disrespected, ignored and having no communication. I have told them to communicate with my contractor with the one phone call. Hannah Lewandowski was awesome to work with! She is very professional, explained things extreamly well, and was able to help me save a good amount on my auto insurance.
