After visiting Dr Kau, I would have received a better feedback using ChatGPT. He has few issues that put him at the bottom of the list. First he has a communication problem, it is evident that he has a chip on his shoulder and that he definitely thinks he is very intelligent and as another person noted he doesn't let the patient express any of his or her concerns. This doctor is impatient and seems to minimize patient concerns, during our visit he repeatedly stated “like I’ve said before” to shame the patient into not remembering what he had said. He stood the entire time with a large rolling computer desk in between him and the patient and did not make eye contact with the person who came with the patient. The appointment was only 10 minutes but, he cut short questions stating “he needed to see others.”

I called several times and it goes to answering machines. They never returned my calls. I even showed my doctor who gave me the urology reference. Went to the answering machine today. They never return my cellphone calls. Wish I could see if they're good, but so far... no bueno. Sad
