Would definitely not recommend coming here. Lots of surprise charges even after specifically asking if there would be anything else. I’m still receiving statements for procedures I was told would be either post op or included. The staff never knows what’s going on. The doctor himself (Leavitt) seems very confused any time he walks into a room (Called me David im several occasions). I’ve had the same operation all over the country over 20 times, and I’ll definitely not being returning here.
I came to Dr. Leavitt after a less than ideal experience with another ENT and have not seen another ENT doctor since I switched. Dr. Leavitt is very thorough, well-knowledged and personable. With organs as delicate as ears, it's often difficult to trust anyone touching them. I've never felt the need to worry about Dr. Leavitt's ability or integrity. I will continue to go to him for my chronic ear issues as long as he is practicing.
