Dr. LaRue has cared for my son since he was newly discharged from the NICU as a preemie; he is now 8 years old. Yes, the wait can be very long at times, but you understand why immediately once he's with YOUR child. Dr. LaRue takes his time with each patient, making sure to keep them comfortable and happy (when possible), while also addressing every single concern a parent could have. Dr. larue is amazing and I am so thankful he is our doctor for my little guy. He is always available with questions and was able to see my baby same day when I have had concerns. As a new parent this is refreshing. I feel like he listens to our concerns and takes his time to address each one. Very greatful for this doctor!
Very poor customer service when I inquired about taking my two children to come here after recently moving to winter haven . They don’t accept new patients and there is no waiting list. Don’t waste your time calling.
This office is the most inefficient run office I have encountered. I spent weeks going back and forth about getting my daughters info in their system and then I call to ask about an appointment and they cannot locate her information. The young lady Jessica was very rude as well.
