The service we experience at this facility are horrible. It took days for phones to be returned and they never return the call to the correct person. They did not code a visit correctly therefore the insurance denied the claim. They were unwilling to hear why the reason for the claim being denied. If they had taken the time to hear the patient out, this could have been resolved. Instead they there unwilling. We did not have the best experience with Dr. Laborde. And the coding/billing issue tops the charts.
