A great re-check of my meds after a change. Everything is good. Dr. Braun and his staff are so nice. I was also able to set up appointments for my husband’s and my annual physicals!
Great doctor but horrible nurse blame me for cussing her out on the phone when I was trying to get a follow up appointment because the front office was giving me the run around. The nurse barked at me on the phone saying what meds. I asked her what you’re talking about. If she handle the situation differently than a lot of things would not have happened. I've been in a lot of offices in my life being type 1 diabetic for over 10 years now. This office is kind and people like their job. The front desk is sweet and speaks clearly to patients with clear walkthroughs even over something obvious. They're gals working back desk do well to not mess up insurance and aren't on phones goofing off. They speak kindly about each other and patient's behind they're back and are respectful to themselves and others.
