I have a maintenance service contract with Krise. This past service they changed the battery without telling me. They replaced a Deka AGM with a cheap Napa battery that waa already over a year old and charged an excessive amount for it. They spilled oil and left an empty oil container in the generator box. They also never respond to emails or honor the contract price without talking to a manager.

These guys have done a lot of work for us at our home and my parents at their home. We love these guys. Super proficient and professional. We will always call them!!

got an estimate....almost $1,500 to install ONE toilet AND don't have to take old toilet out or away....AND to put up TWO shop lights(I have the lights) over $1000 dollars smh I have used this company for a long time but no more. $500 dollars an hour is a little ridiculous. Not sure what is gone on in there but hopefully they get it together before they run the business into the ground. So very disappointed for one and little angry they would treat me like I am stupid and old. I will take my business elsewhere.

A HUGE thank you to Ryan S and Sean S. We woke up to no water in the house. Ryan arrived at the house first and was professional, polite and explained everything that was going on and diagnosed our problem quickly. Ryan gave us a quote and a few hours later Sean arrived exactly as quoted at 14:00. He went into detail explaining what had happened and what he was doing with the install.
