Our furnace went on a Friday afternoon and was determined to need replacing. They were there first thing Monday morning to give us a quote and they got it replaced that week. Fast, professional and reasonably priced. We were in a pinch and they came through in a big way.

Fast response to a non working heater. I had another company (Harris) here as well but had stopped working with them after a completely terrible and unprofessional experience. Harris had suggested yet another part was faulty and was looking to charge me $1500-2000 to fix it after the charges I had already incurred. Eric and Carl from Krise arrived shortly after the other company left and had the system working in well under an hour. Krise Plumbing had a driver going down route 40 toward Wawa on 10/23/24 at 5:20pm, who tailgated me for several minutes. I’m writing this in the Wawa parking lot 5 minutes after the fact. I was afraid for my life. He was right on my bumper and had no driving etiquette. I was going the speed limit, which is 50 on that road. When I hit my signal to turn left into Wawa, he veered around my right, not even granting the patience for me to slow down and make my turn. My rental property had a slow moving shower and toilet drainage. I was grateful they came out on a Saturday for $150 visit but did nothing, looked at it and then reported to the property manager that the septic required pumping. For a total charge of over $360. I then had a reputable company come and the issue was resolved , it was a clog due to wipes being put in the toilet. Will not use Krise again for any services.
