I just talked with Eric and he said that he's in the process of retiring so is no longer selling gardening soil. He does have some compost that he's trying to sell off as of now. Congrats to him!
Great guy. Thought might be sketchy as it's not a known place, but he had some day delivery, quality dirt, and he showed up right on time. Would recommend.
