The staff was professional and helpful. During my last visit, the doctor was not available; however, I was examined by two nurses, one male and one female. My condition remains unchanged. I informed them that the injectable treatment has not been effective for me, and they advised switching to a gel. I am hoping for positive results with this approach.”
